A lot needs to be arranged in the country of destination. But, do not forget that you are leaving a home behind. This process comes with all kinds of formalities. We are here to help and make sure that no step will be overlooked and take matters out of your hands.

• Manage the notice period required for schools and landlords

• Coordination

• Move-out inspection, in which the tenant (your employee) and the landlord will make agreements about the delivery of the house and the deposit;

• *Coordinate and accompany move out-inspection;

• Arrange for the Inventory check out and review against the check in report

• Arrange the end of tenancy clean

• Manage any insurance claims and return property deposit

• Negotiate any dilapidation or damages claims on the property

• Close down property, finalise all utilities

• Support the employee with the closure of bank accounts and other assignment related memberships

• Arrangements for professional cleaning (if required);
